Our Mission
The 13th Judicial District Recovery Courts mission is to serve our communities by facilitating healing and lasting recovery to individuals with drug, alcohol, and minor co-occurring mental health issues, so they can become contributing members of society. We instill lasting behavioral changes through intensive supervision, treatment, and education that will reduce recidivism and create safer communities.
PROGRAMS
Veterans Treatment Court
Veterans Treatment Court is a court-supervised, comprehensive treatment program for felony and misdemeanor offenders who are veterans.
Adult Recovery Court
The adult drug court program is a court-supervised, comprehensive treatment program for nonviolent felony offenders.
